How do I place an order?

Its pretty simple, pick the product you want and follow the steps to choose your options, upload your image and confirm your selection. Once it has been added to your cart, click on “Checkout” and enter your shipping and payment information. Once you are happy with your selection, click on “Confirm Order” to finish.

How do I upload an image?

Depending on the product you’ve chosen, you have the option of uploading from Instagram, Facebook or direct from your computer. Choose the file(s) you want, click upload and then wait for the computer to do the rest!

Can I change or cancel my order once it is submitted?

Once an order has been placed, we immediately get to it and therefore cannot make any changes to it. Please double and triple check to make sure to confirm all your details before submitting the order.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

It will depend on the product. The easiest way to check is to add all the products you want to the shopping cart and enter your shipping information.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Sure! During checkout you can enter shipping and billing information separately.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Paypal and Direct Bank Transfers. We only accept one form of payment per order.

Where are you located?

We’re in Auckland, New Zealand. All our products are made here in our workshop. Local pickup is available on your orders if you’re around here. Our address is 32D William Pickering Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632.

What are your hours of operation?

We will definitely be here Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm NZST. If we don’t answer your support emails in the middle of the night, it’s because were napping, we will always get back to you though!

Is shopping on your site secure?

It is as secure as we can possibly make it. We do not store your credit card information and all payment processing is done securely through Paypal or direct bank transfers. For more information see our Privacy Policy.

What types of files can I upload?

.jpg, .png and .bmp files would be best please! If you want your images to be clear, please don’t use images smaller than 1MB. We prefer 300dpi images but if you have 72dpi, that should be fine too. We limit files to be 100MB images. For our print sizes, this is more than enough.
